| All first time customers must have their packages shipped to the "Bill-To" address for the first thirty (30) days. If you have a PO Box for your billing address, this is acceptable. We will send your package via Priority Mail. Shipping Times: Please allow 24-72 hours for us to process your order. We do not process orders past 5:00 pm on Friday through Monday morning, or major U.S. holidays. When a package is in transit, shipping times DO NOT include weekends. All orders are shipped complete. No orders will be processed without full payment. If we are out of stock on an item ordered, we will attempt to order it from our distribution center warehouse. If your part is on backorder, we will notify you as soon as we are alerted. Signature Required: All orders insured for amounts greater than $200 will require a signature/proof of delivery. Kia-Parts.com reserves the right to require a signature when needed for: painted items, air freight, fragile items, US postal service or when we deem it is required Tracking information: PLEASE do not call or send an email requesting tracking information or order updatesAll customers will receive an order status report within 1 business day from the date your order was placed. Shipping Charges: Washington residents must add tax to all orders. Customers are responsible for return shipping of a core if a core is required (I.E. transmission is shipped customer pays to ship the old core back). Items too large for UPS such as hoods, fenders, bumpers, doors, and exhaust parts, will be shipped by truck line, Freight Charges Collect. Customer must pay for parts before we ship. A small $1-2 handling and packing expense fee is added to every order Options: At this time we offer the choice of USPS and UPS. 3 Day Air, 2nd Day Air & Next Day Air is an extra cost option available upon request, providing the order is UPS shippable. Rates will vary depending on weight and size. Average orders usually arrive in 3 to 10 days.
COD Orders: We DO NOT accept COD orders.
Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal orders, and also USA based cashiers checks. We DO NOT accept American Express. All forms of payment must be received before items are shipped. Credit cards will be charged once the order is placed.

International orders: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and paypal payments. All forms of payment must be received before items are shipped. Orders over $200 will require further documentation. If, for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products, are returned to us in their original condition. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for any shipping charges plus a 20% restocking fee. As an International customer, you assume all risks in your purchases of items which may not work outside of North America. Our accessories and parts are for Kia USA vehicles and have not been confirmed to work in other markets. Any purchase you make is an assumed risk by you, the international customer. As an international customer, you are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions, duties, surcharges, or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions. We cannot collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your country. Note that UPS will charge all International customers a Brokers fee. We highly recommend you research this fee before choosing UPS We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual purchase amount. If we are charged for YOUR taxes and duties on the shipment, we will post the charge to your credit card. Note that we do not ship to the Far East, Russia or Kazakhstan - we reserve the right to decline an order for any reason.
Refused Shipments: Freight charges incurred by us while attempting to deliver merchandise which is refused will be billed to the customer. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed. NO EXCEPTIONS
Cancellations or Changes: Orders are generally processed and shipped on the same business day. Thus, it will not always be possible to accept changes or cancellations unless they are made on the same business day. Changes or Cancellations must be made prior to 3PM (pacific time) on the same business day. For online orders made after business hours this would apply to the business day immediately following the date of order.
All cancellations or order changes must be made via EMAIL ONLY, confirmed with a return email. If cancellation is emailed, it is not considered valid unless we email a confirmation of cancellation to you. Once the order has been shipped, there will be no cancellation issued or changes made. For merchandise which is refused, all freight charges will be billed to the customer, NO EXCEPTIONS. See Refunds for payment information.
Backorder Service: Our goal is to fill every order within 24 hours of placement. In the case the item is temporarily out of stock, we will place this item on our backorder service. This will automatically ship as soon as it comes in. We believe our customers prefer to be charged for these items at the initial order time so when it does come in we can expedite the item. However, if you prefer to be charged for backorder items when shipped or wish to cancel an existing backorder item to receive a refund contact us directly. If you dont wish to take advantage of this service, please let us know upon ordering.

Damage in transit: The carrier is responsible for all items damaged in transit. Please contact the carrier for a damage claim - CUSTOMER MUST KEEP ALL packaging materials, boxes and packing supplies. Please do not return these item to us. We will be glad to assist you in filing a claim with your carrier.
Returns: The return process must be initiated (request for prodcut return) within 10 calendar days of receipt of merchandise. This time period cannot be extended, therefore it is imperative that you check out your merchandise as soon as it is delivered.
Please contact us if you need to make a return - note: No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Damaged or missing/shortage items must be reported within 24 hours. Please enclose a copy of the original invoice and short description of the problem after talking to our parts representative. Any item returned with the original wrapping removed will be refused by the warehouse and returned to the sender. Once packaging has been removed from your product, our return policy is voided. Do not deface original factory cartons or packaging in any manner. All returned merchandise must be in its original mint and clean condition. Returns on damaged or scratched merchandise will not be accepted and will be returned at customer expense. We will accept the return provided it is unused, in original box/package, is in LIKE NEW condition and returned within 30 days of original invoice. Once you have installed an item it cannot be returned for any reason. There will be no refunds or exchanges after 30 days. Returned items which were ordered in customer error and at no fault of Kia-parts.com WILL BE subject to a 20% restocking fee. Do not return merchandise to us COD or Postage Due, these returns will be refused. Special ordered and Electrical parts are CAN NOT BE CANCELED OR RETURNED - all sales are final. If we are in error in shipping we will promptly refund your return freight charges. Body panels are not returnable due to minor dings, scratches and dents. Refunds will not be authorized on items that have been altered and/or painted. Refunds will take on average 4-5 business days to process. |
